UP Panchayat Sahayak Bharti: Uttar Pradesh Panchayati Raj Department has released the notification for Panchayat Sahayak Recruitment. There will be recruitment for 4821 posts of Panchayat Assistant / Accountant cum Data Entry Operator DEO (UP Panchayat Sahayak Cum Data Entry Operator DEO Vacancy) in various panchayats of UP. Applications for this recruitment can be made from 15 June 2024. The last date for application has been fixed as 30 June 2024. The details of the posts village panchayat wise and the format of the application form are available on the Panchayati Raj Department’s website panchayatiraj.up.nic.in and prdfinance.up.gov.in.
Only 12th pass youth can apply for this recruitment. Only those whose age is between 18 years to 40 years will be eligible for this. The applicant should be a resident of the same Gram Panchayat. Panchayat assistants of the same reserved category will be selected in the Panchayats in which the category is reserved. Reserved categories will get relaxation in the maximum age limit as per the rules of the state government.
1. Information inviting application forms for Panchayat Sahayak / Accountant cum Data Entry Operator by Gram Panchayat, to be done through the information board and public announcement of Gram Panchayat – 12 June to 14 June 2024.
2. Period for submission of application forms in District Panchayat Raj Officer Office, Development Block Office and Gram Panchayat Office – 15 June to 30 June 2024.
3. Applications received in the District Panchayat Raj Officer Office and Development Block Office should be made available to the concerned Gram Panchayat – 1st July to 6th July 2024.
4. Preparation of merit list of applications received in the Gram Panchayat and presenting it before the Administrative Committee of the Gram Panchayat for consideration and the merit list approved by the committee should be made available to the Member Secretary of the Committee (District Panchayat Raj Officer) for consideration of the District Level Committee. – 7th July to 14th July 2024
5. Examination and recommendation by the committee constituted under the chairmanship of the District Officer – 15 July to 21 July 2024.
6. Issuance of appointment letter by the Gram Panchayat – 22 July to 24 July 2024.
How to apply
– The format of the application form is available on the Panchayati Raj Department’s website panchayatiraj.up.nic.in and prdfinance.up.gov.in. You will have to upload it from here and take a print out of it. Fill it carefully.
– After filling all the details in the form, you will have to submit it personally or by registered post to your Gram Panchayat, development block office or the office of the District Panchayat Raj Officer by June 30. The form should also be accompanied by educational qualification, age and caste related certificates.
Panchayat assistants can get a monthly salary of Rs 6000 (UP Panchayat Sahayak Salary). Its details can be confirmed when the detailed notification is released.
How will the selection be done?
Candidates will be selected from the eligibility list prepared in descending order of average percentage of marks obtained in high school and intermediate.
– If the educational qualification marks of two candidates are found to be equal, then the candidate who is older in age will be given preference in the selection process.
– If the educational qualification marks and age limit of any two candidates are also equal, then in such case preference will be given to the candidate who applied first.
