After waiting for months, Friday was the latest release in the Malayalam film industry. The first posters, the rush of the first show, the applause, the anxious eyes of the big screen, were all gone, but the sound of the first show was ready for every audience. Changing the circumstances, Jayasuriya’s Sufi and Sujatha have won the mandate to become the first Malayalam movie to be released on a digital platform.

It is a love story. The story of Sujatha, who, as the name suggests, is a Sufi companion. Regardless of the experience, the couple who fall in love at first sight on a bus ride will remember Moideen and Kanchanamala. Or any of the other lovers you met on or before the Big Screen. Where the depth of love is to be measured, Bhama will be seen in Padmarajan’s Gandharva. Even Sufi’s bank call is perpetuated by dancer Sujatha’s Kathak steps.
