Mollywood’s power couple Prithviraj Sukumaran and Supriya Menon, little munchkin Alankrita loves to compose. From sharing her perspectives on the pandemic to showing the significance of inoculation, the splendid 7-year-old likes to channel her musings into words. This Christmas was not something very similar for the family as Supriya Menon’s father died as of late and noticing Christmas without friends and family is simply difficult. Be that as it may, as it’s been said, there is consistently reason to have hope, and little Ally, has committed her first book for her grandpa, Vijay Menon.
Better believe it, you read that right! Alankrita Menon Prithviraj is a distributed author now. Her collection of poems ‘The Book Of Enchanting Poems’ came out on Christmas eve, notwithstanding, it isn’t available to be purchased at this point. Supriya Menon wrote endearing notes on the book’s excursion to the distributing house.

“A very Merry Christmas to all of you celebrating today. This is my first Christmas ever without my daddy. So it’s not the same for me. However, I was working on a project for the past two months and finally today I could give this to my daughter Ally as a Christmas present! I’ve compiled all her poems/ songs into a small booklet and had it published thanks to the good folk’s @govind_deecee books and Raji our wonderful illustrator! She’s thrilled! And so am I! “Ally’s first book of poems is a collection of short poems/ songs she’s written over the past year. I knew her musings were precious but didn’t know how to preserve it for eternity. That’s when I thought I would get it all together in the form of a booklet. The first conversation about this with the publisher was when my father was admitted in the hospital and I was with him. Amidst all the treatment and interactions with the doctors I was coordinating this. My dad would have been so proud to see his lil Aalie( this is how he spelt her name much to my annoyance) become a published writer! He was the one who used to drop and pick her up from school everyday until covid hit! So it’s only fair that her first book is dedicated to him! #TheBookOfEnchantingPoems#AspiringWriter,” she included another note.
