According to rumors, Samantha’s ex-husband Naga Chaitanya visited her in the hospital after knowing of her condition. It hasn’t, however, leaked anywhere. In actuality, the days when something can be kept a secret while a prominent celebrity is receiving medical attention in a hospital are long gone. Someone will record it on a mobile device and keep it in circulation on social media.
There are pictures going around of Samantha laying in a hospital bed. However, she is not actually in a hospital. She continues to live in her house in Hyderabad. Samantha suffers from an autoimmune condition. She is continuing with her routine tasks and work. However, rumors of Naga Chaitanya visiting Samantha in the hospital started to circulate in the media. Since their divorce last year, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya have not spoken to one another.
Samantha opened up about her health condition in an Instagram note with a picture from the hospital. She wrote, “Your response to the Yashodha Trailer was overwhelming. It is this love and connection that I share with all of you, that gives me the strength to deal with the seemingly unending challenges that life throws at me. A few months back I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped. I am slowly realizing that we don’t always need to put up a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something that I am still struggling with. The doctors are confident that I will make a complete recovery very soon. I have had good days and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. and even when it feels like I can’t handle one more day of this, somehow that moment passes. I guess it can only mean that I am one more day closer to recovery. I love you.. THIS TOO SHALL PASS.”
