Fahadh Faasil’s “Malayankunju” box office collection

The Fahadh Faasil-starring movie “Malayankunju” apparently performed slowly on its first and second days in theatres, but on its third day, the film has already surpassed Rs 5.6 crores in international box office receipts. The survival thriller “Malayankunju” was written by Mahesh Narayanan, who also turned the camera for the picture, and was directed by Sajimon Prabhakar, who was making his directorial debut. In the film, actors Jaffer Idukki and Rajisha Vijayan both had significant roles.

The audience responded more favorably to “Malayankunju” than to “Mahaveeryar” because, according to online users, the latter was more perplexing, particularly in the second half of the film.
