Dhanush is now in Hyderabad for the shoot of Venky Atluri’s Vaathi

The Atrangi Re fame Dhanush, who had been shooting in Ooty for his impending movie ‘Naane Varuvean’ helmed by his brother Selvaraghavan, has finished the current timetable and has flown back to Hyderabad, for his Tamil-Telugu bilingual film with Telugu director, Venky Atluri

Dhanush is back in Hyderabad to resume work on his Telugu/Tamil/Hindi trilingual film ‘Vaathi/Sir’ directed by Venky Atluri. Samyuktha Menon will be the female lead in the film. The multitalented star was spotted at the 1980 Military Hotel in Hyderabad having lunch.

Bankrolled by S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya of Sithara Entertainments, the Tamil-Telugu bilingual has been named ‘Vaathi’ in Tamil and ‘Sir’ in Telugu. The film is supposed to be an aggressive journey of an average person, which has Dhanush assuming a part of the school teacher. The film is supposed to be a period social dramatization that rotates around the schooling mafia highlights one young man’s fight against the privatization of education.

‘Vaathi’ will likewise be denoting Dhanush’s debut in the Telugu film industry. The film is promoted to be an action movie and it depicts the ambitious journey of a common man. While GV Prakash has been roped in to make music for the film, the specialized group incorporates Dinesh Krishnan taking care of the cinematography, and Navin Nooli responsible for editing.

On the work front, Dhanush’s next release is ‘Maaran’ costarring Malavika Mohanan followed by his Hollywood debut ‘The Gray Man’ and later the Sun Pictures produced ‘Tiruchirambalam’ in which he is romancing Nithya Menen, Raashi Khanna, and Priya Bhavani Shankar.
