BPSSC Bihar Police SI Bharti 2023: Application forms of hundreds of candidates for Bihar Police Sub Inspector Recruitment can be cancelled.While filling the application, these candidates have either not uploaded their photo and signature or have uploaded it unclearly.Bihar Police Undergraduate Service Commission (BPSSC) has released the list of those candidates who have committed this mistake for recruitment to 1275 posts of Inspector.The Commission has released the list of names of 2717 such candidates.The registration ID, name, father’s name and mother’s name of the candidates are mentioned in the list.BPSSAC has said that these candidates should correct their mistakes by uploading their photo and signature properly between November 9 and November 14, otherwise their application will be rejected. 

BPSSC wrote in the notice, ‘In the online application for the post of Police Sub Inspector under Advertisement No. 02/2023, some candidates have not uploaded their photo and signature (Hindi and English) and the photo and signature of some candidates in Hindi and English are completely wrong. The list of those that are unclear is as follows.These candidates are directed to
log in to the link given on the Bihar Police tab of the Commission’s website www.bpssc.bih.nic.in from 09.11.2023 to 14.11.2023 and get the prescribed quality photograph and signature ( Hindi and English) Re-upload.This is the last chance.After this, if any error is found in the online application form, you will be held responsible and your application will be canceled without any notice. 

Keep in mind the size of the photograph.
The applicant’s photograph should be in color and taken within two months, with white background, between 15 to 25 KB, in JPG or JPEG format and signature in English and Hindi (black and blue ink). ) separately, it is
mandatory to scan and upload such photographs and signatures, having size between 15 to 25 kb, in JPG or JPEG format, on white background.

How will the selection for this recruitment be done – three stages – 1. Preliminary written examination, 2. Main written examination, 3. Physical test.

Written Examination:
– The written examination will be held in two stages – preliminary and main examination.All papers of written examination will be based on multiple choice questions.
– There will be a paper of 200 marks in the preliminary examination in which the total number of questions will be 100 and the duration of the examination will be 2 hours.In this, questions related to general knowledge and contemporary issues will be asked.Candidates scoring less than 30 percent marks will be declared failed for the main examination.
– On the basis of marks obtained in the preliminary examination, successful candidates will be selected 20 (twenty) times the number of vacancies and reservation will be done category wise in order of merit. 

Physical Efficiency Test:
It will be mandatory for the candidates to be successful in the following physical efficiency test.
– Race –
For Men –
Time limit for one mile race –
6 minutes 30 seconds (Candidates taking more than this time will be declared unsuccessful).

For women –
Time limit for running one kilometer –
6 minutes (candidates taking more than this time will be declared unsuccessful).

– High Jump –
For Men – Minimum 4 (four) feet
For Women – Minimum 3 (three) feet

– Long Jump –
Men – Minimum 12 (twelve) feet
Women – Minimum 9 (nine) feet

– Shot put –
For men – 16 pound shot
will have to be thrown at least 16 (sixteen) feet.
For women – 12 pound ball
will have to be thrown minimum 10 (ten) feet.

How will the final merit be made?
The merit list of the finally successful candidates will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the main written examination.Only passing in the physical test will be mandatory.
