Trisha Krishnan could not attend the PS1 Thanksgiving meet

Trisha, a Tamil actress who starred in Ponniyin Selvan 1, the magnum opus of director Mani Ratnam, was conspicuously absent from the Thanksgiving Meet that the team hosted. The team behind “Ponniyin Selvan1” had a huge thanksgiving gathering on Saturday to commemorate the occasion of the movie becoming a box office success.

Trisha, who plays Kundavai in the movie, was one of those absent from the Thanksgiving meet. Mani Ratnam and actors Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Jayam Ravi, and Parthiban were seen at the Thanksgiving meet. According to sources close to the actress, Trisha’s foot issue prevented her from attending the Thanksgiving meeting.

The actress is thought to have hurt herself while traveling abroad. Trisha had to end her vacation midway through since the injury was so severe. Despite having a hurt foot, it’s thought that the PS 1 actress went to a successful celebration that the unit hosted for the cast and crew later that evening.

The enduring actress released a picture of her leg in a cast along with the shocking information that she had fractured it. However, her admirers are horrified by the situation and are expressing the same on social media.

For more than 15 years, Trisha has maintained her position as a leading lady in Kollywood and other South Indian film industries. Her most recent multi-star film, “Ponniyin Selvan,” which was directed by Mani Ratnam, became an all-time super smash, grossing about 500 crores of rupees at the box office.

 

In addition to the female-centric “The Road,” Trisha will allegedly reunite with Ajith Kumar in the upcoming “AK 62,” which will be helmed by Vignesh Shivan and produced by Lyca Productions.
