The film is produced by Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations, the whiz entertainer got together with director Vamshi Paidipally of Thozha and Maharishi fame for his 66th film, which is promoted to be a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. With music scored by Thaman S, Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead with Prakash Raj and Yogi Babu in supporting jobs.

Sources recommended that veteran entertainer Sarathkumar will play Vijay’s dad in ‘Thalapathy 66’ and two mid-old entertainers will take up the jobs of Vijay’s siblings in the film. While classic entertainer Mic Mohan was hummed to play the kin job, he, at the end of the day, had denied the bits of hearsay.
