Thalapathy Vijay is charging a whopping amount for Varisu

“Varisu,” Vijay’s most anticipated film of the year which is directed by Vamshi Paidipally, is scheduled to release in theaters tomorrow, January 11. The movie is billed as a family drama and stars Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Other cast members include Yogi Babu, Samyuktha, Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Shaam, Srikanth, Sangeetha Krish, and Khushbu.

The movie has a budget of Rs 200 crore, according to reports, and Vijay has received a salary of Rs 110 crore. In addition, it is alleged that the film was purchased for Rs 4 crore by actress Rashmika Mandanna. Additionally, news reports stated that Prakash Raj charged Rs 1.5 crore and Sarathkumar Rs 2 crore for “Varisu.” Yogi Babu, one of Kollywood’s busiest comedy actors, was paid Rs 35 lakhs.

The film, which is produced by Dil Raju, will also be released in Telugu and Hindi. The Telugu version, titled “Varisudu,” will be released on January 14, while the Tamil and Hindi versions will be released on January 11. The FDFS of Vijay’s film “Varisu” begins at 4 a.m. in Chennai and has already generated Rs 100 crore in pre-release business.

Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu and Thalapathy Vijay’s Varisu are headed to lock horns at Box Office. The bilingual action drama will be released in both Tamil and Telugu as Varisu and Varasudu, respectively. The film is opening as the biggest holiday release in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh, competing with three movies starring the biggest stars at the box office. Varisu seems to be a total masala entertainer. It includes all the necessary ingredients like action, drama, comedy, romance, and music, among other things.
