The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Monday released the provisional answer key of Paper-1 of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) Examination, 2024. If you have appeared for the SSC JE exam, you can check the provisional answer key by visiting the official website of the commission, ssc.gov.in. SSC conducted the Paper-1 test for the recruitment examination of Junior Engineer in various cities of the country between June 5 and 7, 2024. All the candidates can download the provisional answer key by visiting the website and entering their registration number and password.
The commission has said that the response sheet and provisional answer key for the candidates have been released on the official website of the commission. Candidates can log in by entering their registration number and password within the given time. If any candidate has any objection to the answer of any question, then they can register their objection till 8 pm on 15 June. Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100 for each question. No objection will be considered after 15 June. The commission has also said that candidates should take a printout of their response sheet as it will not be available on the website after 15 June.
How to check the provisional answer key of SSC Junior Engineer Exam-
1. First of all, the candidate has to go to the official website of SSC ssc.gov.in.
2. After this, you have to log in by entering your registration number and password.
3. After this, check the response sheet and provisional answer key and download it.
4. Keep a printout of the provisional answer key and response sheet.
There is also negative marking in SSC JE exam. For every wrong answer in Paper-1, 0.25 marks will be deducted. For every wrong answer in Paper-2, one mark will be deducted.
SSC conducted the exam in June 2024 for recruitment to 968 Junior Engineer posts.
