Mammootty will be next seen in the CBI series Sethurama Iyer with his crime thriller, CBI 5 – The Brain. As this much-anticipated movie gears up to release on 1 May, the producers have shared a captivating BTS video from the flick. Inscribed “When nagavalli met Sethurama Iyyer”, the clip shows actor Shobana finding Mammootty. This latest update is giving weight to the rumors that Shobana is doing a guest appearance in the movie.
The film is directed by K Madhu. The film denotes the fifth and the last part of the engaging establishment. The first film in the series was Oru CBI Diary Kurippu in 1988, trailed by Jagratha in 1989. The third part of the series was Sethurama Iyer CBI, which was released in 2004, and the fourth one titled Nerariyan CBI released in theaters in 2005. Mammootty will be returning in this dearest avatar after a long gap of 17 years. The movie lovers are super-excited.

The film is written by S. N. Master. CBI 5 stars Saikumar, Mukesh, Dileesh Pothan, Renji Panicker, Asha Sarath, Anoop Menon, and Ramesh Pisharody in major roles. The film is produced by Swargachitra Appachan. The thrill ride will have tunes made by Jakes Bejoy. Akhil George is onboard the venture as the cinematographer and A. Sreekar Prasad is the editor.
