Samantha talks about her action scenes in Yashoda

Samantha got her first taste of action last year thanks to her performance in The Family Man 2 (2021). In just one year, the actor has picked up the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and mixed martial arts (MMA). She believes that part of the reason for the shift in her fortunes is due to her recent discovery of affection for action and her soon-to-be-released film, Yashoda.

She said in an interview that she never imagined herself taking action. Samantha’s fondness for the genre has come to light with Yashoda. In the action thriller, the actor plays a surrogate mother against medical malpractice. Prior to the start of filming on Hari-Film Harish’s movie last year, the actor worked hard with stunt choreographer Yannick Ben.

Action set pieces may be graphic, but they still give you a surge of excitement. Even while action scenes can be graphic, Samantha claims that they nevertheless give you a rush. Someone feels accomplished when they pull off a stunt. She collaborated with Ben on The Family Man 2, and Ben claims that one of her best traits is her passion. Ben said in a behind-the-scenes film that documented the actor’s training that she is willing to give her all anytime choreography is shown to her.

A bilingual movie called Yashoda was simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, and Murli Sharma are also featured.

A few months ago, Samantha received the diagnosis of myositis, an autoimmune condition. The doctors, however, are confident that she will soon make a full recovery.
