Due to solar eclipse, the doors of Omkareshwar and Mamaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple will be closed from 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday. After the eclipse period, the puja-aarti will be performed by the priests. After this, boards will be opened for darshan.

Temple priests Jagdish Parsai, Jitendra Shastri, and Pt Dixit said that the solar eclipse will last from 10:09 am to 1:43 pm. The doors of the Omkareshwar and Mamleshwar temples will be closed 10 minutes before the eclipse. After the eclipse period ends, Omkar will first bathe the original form of God with Narmada water.

There will be regular worship at the samadhi of Shridadaji 

Sridhuniwale Dadaji’s shrine will not be closed on Sunday on the solar eclipse. Seva-puja will be regular at the tomb of elder grandfather and younger grandfather. However, due to the order of the district administration, the entry of devotees into the Dham is banned. Devotees here are taking darshan at the main gate.

Sridhuniwale Dadaji is considered to be an avatar of Sakshata Shiva

The burial will be offered at 10:15 am. There will be a samadhi bath at 3:30 pm. Temple trustee Subhash Nagauri told that Shridhuniwale Dadaji is considered to be an incarnation of Sakshat Shiva. For this reason, there is not any kind of thread on solar eclipse or lunar eclipse here.
