National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has declared vacancies for 73 posts of office attendants. Online applications have been invited to make appointments on these. All the recruits will be for different states. Interested candidates are required to have knowledge of the local language of the state concerned. The last date to fill the online form for these posts is 12 January 20202. Details related to the post, qualification, and application are as follows:

Eligibility: Candidates must have passed 10th class from any recognized education board in the area from which they are applying.
– It is necessary to be a citizen of the state for which you are applying.

Pay Scale: Rs 10,940 to Rs 23,700. Other allowances will also be available.
Initially, the monthly salary will be close to 24 thousand.

Application fee
– Rs 400. An intimation charge of Rs 50 will have to be paid separately. 450 will have to be paid.
– Fees are not payable for SC / ST and Divyang but they will have to pay an Intimation charge of Rs 50.
– The fee has to be paid by debit card / credit card / net banking.

Age limit (as on 01 December 2019)
– Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years. That is, the applicant should be born before 02 December 1989 and not later than 01 December 2001.
– SC / ST applicants in the maximum age limit will be five years, OBC applicants three years, disabled and widows will get ten years relaxation.

Important Information
– Applicants can apply for any one state.
– Candidates with graduation or higher degree will not be eligible to apply.
– Number of posts can be reduced or increased as required.

Selection process:
– Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary examination, main examination and language proficiency test.
– The preliminary examination will be of qualifying nature only. Its number will not be added. But to appear in the main exam this

– The selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the main examination. On the basis of this state wise merit list will be released.
For appointment to these posts, the candidates will also have to pass the language proficiency test.

Format of Preliminary Examination
– This examination will be of 120 marks, consisting of four parts. 120 questions will be asked for a total of 120 marks. It contains Reasoning’s 30, English

30 questions of language, numerical ability and general awareness will be asked.
– You will get 90 minutes to solve the questions. Its question paper will be in English and Hindi language.
– There is a provision for negative marking in the examination. .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Nature of Main Examination  
– This exam will be of 150 marks and will consist of 150 questions. There will be four parts in this exam also.
– 35 questions of Reasoning in the first part, 35 questions of Quantitative Aptitude in the second.
– The third part will have 50 general awareness questions and the fourth part will have 35 English language questions.  
– Total 120 minutes will be available to answer all the questions.
– There will be negative marking in the exam. .25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Form of Language Efficiency Test (LPT) In this exam, questions will be asked in the local language of the state for which the candidate has applied. For example, if a candidate has applied for Uttar Pradesh, he will be asked questions in Hindi, but if he has applied for Maharashtra, questions will be asked in Marathi.

Application Process
– Login on website (www.nabard.org). Here on the homepage you will see the career notice section. Click on it.
– After this new webpage will open. Click on the link ‘Click here to continue’ here. Career notice section on next page

The recruitment to the post of Office Attendant – Group C link will appear. Also  click on the advertisement link under.
– On doing so, advertisement related to the post will open. Read the information given in it carefully and check the eligibility.
– Then click on the Registration Link (Apply Online) link. This way the new URL will open. Here

– After this a window will open. Read the guidelines given in it carefully. Then click the Continue button. Then the application form will open.
– Now enter the basic information requested and click on the SAVE & NEXT button. In this way, the registration number and password will be received on your email. Make a note of this with you.
Then scan and upload your passport size photo (maximum 50 KB) and signature (maximum 20 KB). Then click on the SAVE & NEXT button.
After this, scan and upload other documents. Then click on the SAVE & NEXT button. Then click on the ‘Preview’ tab to check the completed application.
– In this way the filled application will be displayed. If any correction is to be done, click on the EDIT button. If all information is correct, click on FINAL SUBMIT button.
– After this, pay the fee according to your category. Then take a printout of the autogenerated form and keep it safe with you.
