Lovelina Secures Spot In 75kg Boxing Final

India entered the finals of women’s 75 kg boxing at the Asian Games. India’s Lovelina Borgohen reached the final. The Indian player secured the medal by defeating Thailand’s Beson Manikon in the semi-finals. By entering the final, Lovelina also qualified for the 2024 Paris Olympics.Indian players are showing good performance on the tenth day of the Asian Games. India has bagged three medals in archery. India secured a gold and a silver in men’s individual archery with Ojas Praveen and Abhishek Verma reaching the finals. India’s Jyoti Surekha has also reached the final in women’s archery. India is currently at the fourth position with 62 medals. India’s medal tally is 13 gold, 24 silver and 25 bronze.

India also won a medal in women’s 54 kg boxing. India’s Preeti Pawar won the bronze. Preeti lost to China’s Yuan Chang in the semi-finals. This is India’s second medal on the 10th day of the Asian Games. Earlier, India had won bronze in men’s canoeing 1000m doubles.
