Karthi mentioned that the title song’s music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja and was sung by Ilaiyaraaja. These two have already worked together. They have also worked together on other films, including Bharuthiveeran. This time, the team was of the opinion that the Karthi-Yuvan Shankar partnership would greatly benefit the film.

Aditi, the lead actor, claimed that the motivation from her parents helped launch her acting career. Aditi was particularly pleased with the amount of support the movie received from the Madurai population.

Karthi will next be seen with Vikram and Aishwarya Rai in Mani Ratnam’s masterpiece Ponniyin Selvan I. September will see the film’s release. In this historical drama, Karthi is portraying a prince of the Chola Empire. Another movie named Sardar starring Karthi and Raashi Khanna in the lead roles will be released in October.
