Thambi is an action-suspense thriller movie directed by Jeethu Joseph. The film has Jyotika and Karthi leading the pack alongwith Sathyaraj. The whole story is rotating around the personality of the tragically missing son of a local politician. Music for the film is by Govind Vasantha, cinematography by RD Rajasekhar, and edited by VS Vinayak.
