India Faces Australia In Crucial ODI Series, Aiming For Top Spot Ahead Of World Cup

 ODI series for India against Australia. India won the series by winning the second ODI in Indore by 99 runs. After losing the toss, India scored 399 runs for the loss of five wickets in the stipulated over. The batting of Shubman Gill (104), Shreyas Iyer (105), Suryakumar Yadav (72) and KL Rahul (52) led India to a huge score. Aussies batting towards the winning target was hampered by rain. With this, the victory target was revised to 317 runs in 33 overs. But the Aussies were all out for 217 runs in 28.2 overs. Sean Abbott (54) is Australia’s top scorer. R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja took three wickets each.
