Harish Kalyan will play the lead role in Dhoni’s film LGM

Former Indian captain and cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni has announced his debut film as a producer. Under his production company Dhoni Entertainments, the cricketer has turned producer and unveiled his film titled LGM, or Let’s Get Married. His first production effort is said to be a cooperation with Thalapathy Vijay. That is not correct. Harish Kalyan, a young and fashionable actor, plays a major role in Dhoni’s film LGM.

Dhoni Productions took to Twitter to reveal the first look as the film was officially launched today with a Puja ceremony. Along with the actors and crew, his wife Sakshi Dhoni attended the launch ceremony. The poster begins with a caravan on a woodland route, giving us a glimpse of the film’s characters. The motion poster depicts a road journey, a beach, and an adventure.

Harish Kalyan of Pyaar Prema Kadhal fame will play the lead in the film. Ivana, who rose to prominence with the hit film Love Today, will play the female protagonist in LGM, which also stars veteran actors Nadiya and Yogi Babu. Vishwajith shot the film’s cinematography.

As the captain of the Chennai Super Kings, Dhoni has tremendous support from the people of Tamil Nadu. Fans of the state refer to him as Thala, and he has a unique affinity with the state. The actor decided to become a producer in Tamil cinema in order to develop this extra unique relationship by producing his first picture in Tamil.
