Fahadh Faasil’s latest movie is Trance. The film, directed by Anwar Rasheed, has received mixed reviews. Fahad’s performance in the film was well received by the audience. Fahadh’s performance as a pastor Joshua Carlton in the film was remarkable.
The characters of Saubh and Dharmajan came to test the pastor played by Fahad. All three perform their part beautifully in a single take. But after the scene, the video also shows Fahad bursting into laughter. The video has gone viral on social media. Trans is also a feature film directed by Anwar Rasheed eight years after Ustad Hotel. Fahadh and Nazriya reunited in a trance after Bangalore Days. Cinematography was by Amal Neerad. The film was completed over two years in four schedules. The film stars Gautam Vasudeva Menon, Chemban Vinod, Soubin Shahir, Vinayakan, Sreenath Bhasi, Dileesh Pothen, Jinu Joseph, Joju George, Arjun Asokan, Dharmajan Bolgatti, Aarushi Mudgal and Ashwathy Menon.
Trance is scripted by debutant Vincent North. The music was composed by Jackson Vijayan and Sushin Shyam. Praveen Prabhakar edited and Rasool Pookkutty composed the sound. Fahad’s film was an experimental film. There were reports that the film lovers did not live up to expectations. Fahadh starrer Anwar Rasheed has also been released. The director brought the film to the audience with an old theme.
