Dhanush is one of the actors in Kollywood where producers command a minimum guarantee these days. Today a Dhanush film is a great financial success even if it gets average reviews. Dhanush’s only release this year is Vaathi (Sir), which is in Telugu and Tamil. Now the makers have released the first look of his much-hyped Captain Miller in his upcoming projects. In the poster, Dhanush’s character is standing with arms on a battlefield. Captain Miller is the only survivor in the frame filled with the bodies of the fallen.
Military vehicles can also be seen in the distance. The film belongs to the period action-adventure genre and is written and directed by Arun Matheswaran. Arun Matheswaran, the director of Rocky and Sani Kaidam, is also the Tamil dialogue writer for Irudhi Sutru, directed by Sudha Konkara. Captain Miller’s dialogues are composed by Madan Karki. The film is produced by Senthil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under the banner of Satya Jyoti Films. Priyanka Arul Mohan is the heroine. Cinematography by Siddhartha Nooni, Editing by Naguran Ramachandran, Music by GV Prakash Kumar. Siva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, John Koken, Edward Sonnenblick, Nivedita Satish, Vinod Kishan, Nasser, Elango Kumaravel, VG Chandrasekhar, and others are playing other characters.
