Finally Telugu superstar Allu Arjun congratulated the Kantara team on the movie’s incredible box office success across the country . This is the first time Allu Arjun has publicly responded to a Rishab Shetty movie. The Pushpa actor described the year 2022 as a “glorious moment” for the whole South cinema industry as a number of South films, including KGF: Chapter 2, Pushpa, Kantara, and Karthikeya 2, performed remarkably well nationwide.

At a pre-release ceremony for the upcoming Telugu film 18 Pages, which also stars Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran, Allu Arjun gave a speech. Sukumar wrote the script for the romantic comedy, while Palnati Surya Pratap is the director.

Allu Arjun stated during the ceremony, “Today, films from the South can go to the North… We are very fortunate Pushpa was also one of them. KGF was one of the films. And also congratulations to Kantara for the recent success. We are all very happy… South cinema should be watched all over. It’s a proud moment for all of us that people from all over the country are watching our films,”

According to reports, Kantara had a budget of Rs 16 crore, but it ended up grossing more than Rs 400 crore across all languages. One of the most popular movies of the year, according to reports, is the movie.
