Gopika was one of the leading actresses of Malayalam cinema. Gopika’s original name was Girly. But when the movie came out, it became a hit. Soon, Gopika became a busy heroine. Meanwhile, the Tamil film ‘Autograph’, in which  she acted, also became a huge success. Gopika didn’t have to look back. Gopika became a part of many hits like Vesham, Chanthupottu, Pachakkuthira, Don, Mayavi, Annan Thampi, Keerthi Chakra and many more. Mammootty, Mohanlal, Jayaram, Dileep and others are in the cast. Gopika came to fame after her performance in Jayaram’s film ‘Varuthe Oru Bhariya’. ” Gopika was married to Dr. Ajilesh Chacko. They got married in the year 2008. Since then, I haven’t seen her in any film. But later, Gopika came back in a new film Bharya Athra Pora ,but the film turned out to a disappointment. With this, Gopika returned to her family life. Gopika’s last film was released in 2013. She has not made her presence felt on social media. Gopika is currently busy with her husband and family. They have two children, Ayaan and Arha.
