Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya preferred economy class travel

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday, the stars of the new sports drama Liger, recently flew economy during their promotional trip. The producers wrote a post of gratitude for the co-stars after being moved by the performers’ humble demeanor. One of the producers, Charmme Kaur tweeted, “Producers’ actor and people’s hero our #LIGER @thedeverakonda N our rocking beauty @ananyapandayy…appreciation post for my lovelies From me and #purijagannadh.”

Another Liger promotional film is also now doing the rounds online. In the video, VD is seen carrying Ananya Panday as he assists her in releasing a huge set of balloons into the air at a Vadodara event. When the performers arrived to advertise their action entertainer, they were greeted with a flower shower and given a large garland.

The actors were earlier seen enjoying a mouthwatering Gujarati thali after a brief break from work. In the image that was shared on social media, they can be seen looking happy as they eat the regional specialties.

The movie was directed by Puri Jagannadh and was produced by director Karan Johar under his Dharma production label in collaboration with Puri Connects. As Liger is Vijay Deverakonda’s first pan-India film, the Arjun Reddy star has made sure the project reaches all across the country.  Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam are just a few of the languages in which this highly anticipated drama will be released.

In the upcoming film, VD will portray a stuttering MMA boxer. In the movie, Ramya Krishnan will play Vijay Deverakonda’s mother, and Ananya Panday will play his love interest. Ronit Roy, who serves as the kickboxing coach, and Mike Tyson, who makes a special appearance, will be with these two.
