Pebbles Fails To Be Part Of Oscars Final List!

Director Vignesh Shivan, who is the maker of ‘Pebbles’, communicated his failure at ‘Pepples’ not getting shortlisted. Director P.S. Vinothraj’s ‘Pebbles’, India’s true section to the Oscars, has neglected to make it to the following round of the race for the Oscars.

The film has neglected to come to the shortlist of 15 finalists in the International Feature Film category, which was reported by the Academy of Motion Pictures in the early long stretches of Wednesday. The film raised expectations, with a number of critics showering generous praise for it. With all the praises coming from every corner Vignesh Shivan hoped that Pebbles would come on the shortlist of fifteen finalists for the Best International Feature Film

He tweeted: “To check if our film has come in the list itself is a big achievement, yes! But still! The happiness & pride that we could have brought in to independent cinema makers and producers like us would have been remarkable! If we could have made it to the shortlist!”

The Oscars are to be held in Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on March 27, 2022. The Oscar nominations will be declared on February 8, 2022. The Academy declared the waitlists in 10 classes, including the International Feature Film Category.
