The Amudhavanan-directed movie centers on the gang rape and murder investigation. V3 is an abbreviation for Vindhya Victim Verdict. The director introduces the film by saying that It is a fight for rights and against injustice. The story is based on three similar crimes that actually occurred in Hyderabad, Uttar Pradesh, and Kashmir.
Amudhavanan wrote and directed the film, which stars Paavana, Esther Anil, Adukaalam Naren, and Ponmudi, among others. Vindhya Victim Verdict is an investigative drama with music by Allen Sebastian and cinematography by Siva Prabhu. Nagooran edited the film. It is supported by Team A Ventures. The film will be released in theatres on January 6, 2023.
The director reveals that he had initially told the story to Sai Pallavi. However, the investors in the movie wanted to start shooting as soon as possible, so we chose Varalaxmi because she agreed to join right away and signed the contract without being paid an advance because there was a delay on the actress.
