Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on Wednesday declared the result for 134 posts of cardiologists under the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department (Allopathy). 128 posts remained vacant. Interviews were held on May 17 for direct recruitment on 55 posts of unreserved category, 36 of OBC, 28 of Scheduled Caste, two of Scheduled Tribe and 13 posts reserved for economically weaker sections. On the basis of the interview, six candidates from the unreserved category, Arpita Katheria, Sparsh Anil, Shashikant Singh, Awadhesh Kumar Chaudhary, Dhananjay Mishra and Ajit Pratap Singh were selected. According to Vinod Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary of the Commission, it has been recommended to re-advertise the vacant posts.

53 out of 57 posts of Forensic Specialist remained vacant
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission declared the result of 57 posts of Forensic Specialist under the Medical Health and Family Welfare Department (Allopathy) on Monday. 53 posts remained vacant due to non-availability of eligible candidates. Interviews were held on May 17 for direct recruitment to 16 posts of unreserved category, 20 posts of OBC, 15 posts of Scheduled Caste, 1 post of Scheduled Tribe and five posts reserved for candidates from economically weaker section. On the basis of interview, four candidates from unreserved category, Praveen Dixit, Ajay Kumar, Vaibhav Gupta and Divya Bhushan were selected.

According to Vinod Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary of the Commission, due to non-availability of candidates, 12 posts of unreserved category, all 20 posts of OBC category, 15 posts of SC, one of ST and all five posts of EWS remained vacant. It has been recommended to advertise them again.
