In the new recruitment of UP Police, along with the recruitment of 52,699 constables, a total of 67000 vacancies including 2469 Sub Inspector, 2430 Radio Operator, 927 Computer Operator and 2833 Jail Warder are proposed to be filled.However, these vacancies may increase or decrease.Talking about the qualification of UP Police Constable, candidates having 12th pass and graduate degree will be able to apply for SI posts.
Probable Physical Test:
As per UP Police Constable Recruitment 2018, male candidates will have to complete a run of 4.8 km (UP Police Run) in 25 minutes and female candidates will have to complete a run of 2.4 km in 14 minutes.Whereas in UP Police SI race, candidates may be asked to complete the 4.8 km race in 28 minutes.Exact information related to physical will be available after the release of recruitment notification.
Agency will soon be selected for OTR:
For the proposed recruitment process to start on 67000 posts of constable and SI in UP Police, the Recruitment Board has invited tender from competent agencies for OTR (One-Time-Registraion) design and implementation. .It is expected that a competent agency will be selected very soon.After this, the application process for Constable and SI Recruitment 2023 in UP Police can be started soon.
