Tollywood films that will surprise in September 2022

Tollywood had a fairly strong August, with films like Bimbisara, Sita Ramam, and Karthikeya 2 doing well at the box office. When it comes to September, there is a lot of quantity but not a lot of promise in terms of the lineup. This September, 17 films will be released. Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga (2 Sep), First Day First Show (2 Sep), Bramhastra (9 Sep), Saakini Daakini (16 Sep), Ravanasura (30 Sep tentative), and Ponniyin Selvan are among the names on the list (30 Sep).

While there are up to 17 new theatrical releases scheduled for next month, there isn’t much going on in them. There isn’t a single film in the lineup that has been labeled a “must-see” by the Telugu public. Bramhastra is the most expensive film on the list, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Nagarjuna. It is being presented by Rajamouli. It remains to be seen how well this film would perform at the box office in Telugu states.

Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga promises to be a youthful entertainer, and if the talk is right, it may attract the youth. Ponniyin Selvan is having a pan-India release, and it is wonderful. However, there isn’t much buzz about this film in Telugu. Overall, word of mouth will be the deciding factor in all of these September releases.
