Prabhas film Aadipurush has been receiving criticism and trolls including in the media, and as it enters its sixth day of release, the box office collection has registered a sharp decline. In the meantime, to attract the audience and gather people in the theatre, the film’s ticket prices have been reduced for the next two days. Adipurush’s ticket price has been reduced to Rs.150.
The film can be seen on June 22 and 23 at a ticket price of Rs 150. However, the producers have informed that those who want to watch the film in 3D will have to pay more ticket prices. The makers of the film have also released a new poster announcing that the ticket price has been reduced. After ‘Adipurush’ which jumped at the box office in the first days of its release, it faltered. The movie has faced huge criticism in social media because of the VFX of the movie and the screenplay. Later, when the exhibition entered the sixth day, a sharp decline was recorded in the collection. The figure recorded the lowest decline in five days.
According to the official collection report released by the makers on June 20, the film has earned more than 375 crores worldwide within four days of its release. But on Tuesday, June 20, the collection dropped sharply and the collection from India alone fell to 16 crores. It fell again to 10.7 crores on the fifth day. The All India collection on the 6th day was just seven crores. With this, the film’s six-day domestic box office collection stands at Rs 254 crore.
