The Dhanush-starring movie “Thiruchitrambalam” became one of the year’s biggest hits and the actor’s most successful at the box office. The song “Megham Karukatha,” from the album “Thiruchitrambalam,” has been particularly well received on the video streaming platform. Now that “Megham Karukatha” in “Thiruchitrambalam” has received some criticism, choreographer Jani Master has spoken out against it. The dynamic Jani Master has infused the dance steps for Megham Karukatha in “Thiruchitrambalam” with the sounds of Prabhu Deva’s classic song, “Vennilave Vennilave.”

In order to thank the fans for the overwhelming response to the song and its dancing techniques, Jani Master has now revealed the making-of video for “Megham Karukatha.” The dancer forced Dhanush and Nithya Menen to sway their legs romantically for the song in the movie, as shown in the song’s unreleased BTS video. When choreographing Dhanush, Raashi Khanna, and Nithya Menen for the beautiful song, Jani Master also feels honoured.

The movie “Thiruchitrambalam,” which was directed by Mithran Jawahar, is about two longtime friends who become partners in life. It is made in a fun fashion that combines romance, humor, and sentiment. In order to score the movie, Anirudh Ravichander reconnected with Dhanush after a seven-year absence. With over Rs 110 crore in international box office receipts, “Thiruchitrambalam” has become Dhanush’s most successful movie in Tamil Nadu after earning over Rs 30 crore there.

Thiruchitrambalam is bankrolled by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures, the film also stars Bharathiraja and Prakash Raj in major roles. While Om Prakash handled the camera work for the movie, editing has been performed by Prasanna GK. Dhanush’s lineup includes Arun Matheswaran’s directorial Captain Miller, Selvaraghavan’s suspense drama Naane Varuven, and Venky Atluri’s bilingual film Vaathi.
