Eighteen children and 3 employees of Tamil actor Raghava Lawrence’s orphanage have reported coronavirus infection. The star revealed this in his tweet. They were rushed to the hospital with signs of fever. Two of the employees are heterosexual.

Lawrence says she was “absolutely horrified” but when she asked her doctors what their health was like, she said they had made good progress and that her fever had subsided and her body temperature had dropped.

Lawrence thanked SP Velumani, who helped him during the crisis, through his post. He thanked Ravi, who is the PA of the Minister of Health, and G Prakash, the Commissioner of the Corporation. Lawrence tweeted that he hopes his services will save his children and that everyone should pray for a better recovery.

He had paid the advance for the second part of Chandramukhi for coronary relief work. He made the announcement via Twitter. It was reported that he had donated 50 lakhs to the chief minister’s relief fund, 50 lakhs to the film society, 50 lakhs to the dancers, 25 lakhs to the disabled and 75 lakh to the people of Royapuram in Deesiyanagar.
