The movie Varisu, starring Vijay, is scheduled to hit theatres in January 2023. Since Vijay’s “Varisu” and Ajith’s “Thunivu” are squaring off after an eight-year hiatus, Kollywood fans are extremely eager to see this biggest Pongal 2023 release. Vijay would depart for London after attending the grand audio launch ceremony of Varisu in Chennai, even though the film making waves for all the right reasons.
Thalapathy Vijay and Sangeetha got engaged in London in 1998 and later got married in India. “Varisu audio launch event will be held in Chennai on December 23 or 24 depending on Vijay’s tickets for London. He will be leaving straight to London with his wife Sangeetha for the Christmas celebrations. December is usually all about family for Vijay. He visits London every year in December to meet Sangeetha’s parents,” reveals a source nearby.
Pushpa actress Rashmika Mandanna also appears in the movie. Thaman S created the soundtrack for Varisu, which was produced by Dil Raju, and Sirish under Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Karthik Palani was in charge of the film’s cinematography. It’s said that Varisu makes the ideal family entertainment. Varisu, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, features music heavily. Thalapathy Vijay and Silambarasan TR sang one of the songs.
The first track, “Ranjithame,” which was composed by S Thaman, is already available. Leading guy Vijay sings the dance routine alongside MM Manasi. Varisu is a family drama cum entertainer and has an ensemble cast with Rashmika Mandanna as the leading lady, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Sarathkumar, Meena, Sneha, Samyuktha, Sangeetha, Yogi Babu to name a few.
