TN 12th Results 2020: Directorate of Government Examination (DGE), Tamil Nadu has released the 12th class exam results (TN HSE +2 March 2020 Exam Results). The results can be checked by visiting dge.tn.gov.in, dge1.tn.nic.in, and tnresults.nic.in. This year 92.3 percent of children have passed while 91.3 percent had passed last year. That is, the result has been better by one percent than the previous year. The result of girls was 5.39 percent better than boys. Girls passed 94.8 percent and boys passed 89.41 percent. This year 7,99,717 took the exam.

Results have been delayed due to Coronavirus this year. Last year, the 12th result was released on 19 April. 91.30 percent of students were eligible for higher education last year, an increase of .02 percent from 2018.
Tamil Nadu had earlier decided to cancel Class 10 board exams and promote students on the basis of internal assessment and attendance. Class 10 results are also expected soon. However, the result date has not been decided yet.
