The Narcotics Control Bureau is currently grilling Rhea and, Showik Chakraborty and the latest revelation by the siblings now involves several Bollywood celebrities. During the interrogation, Rhea gave names of several actors, directors, and producers who are allegedly related to a drug cartel. The actress also has reportedly mention recent Bollywood parties and how drugs were smuggled. According to the channel, in the next 10-15 days, the NCB is expected to start issuing summons to the names of the celebs, after proper verification.
Recently Rhea also filed an FIR against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters Priyanka Singh and Meetu Singh, Delhi-based doctor Tarun Kumar and others for prescribing drugs to him without consultation.
Incidentally, Rhea had previously mentioned how Sushant Singh Rajput consumed drugs on the sets of his film ‘Kedarnath’. Arguing on behalf of Showik Chakraborty before Metropolitan Magistrate Joshi, advocate Satish Maneshinde had previously stated, “Sushant Singh Rajput, as a matter of fact, was consuming drugs much before Rhea came in his life. Rhea knows that he was consuming drugs even on the sets of ‘Kedarnath’ when it was being shot in 2016-2017. It is not an addiction that he acquired after Rhea came into his life. He was consuming drugs, even against medical advice. It is a case of a person who consumed it against medical advice and requests from Rhea. He enjoyed it in his lifetime and died. Instead, Showik Chakraborty and Samuel Miranda are being prosecuted after his death which is unwarranted.”
