Suriya to play a cameo in ‘Vikram’- Know why?

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj affirmed that Tamil actor Suriya will play a guest appearance role in the film ‘Vikram’. Including Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathy, and Fahadh Faasil leading the pack jobs, ‘Vikram’ is one of the most expected and huge films of Kollywood this year. The trailer of the film was released on Sunday, and it likewise provided us with a glimpse at Suriya’s part in the film.

As per film reports, Suriya allegedly went for his scene in ‘Vikram’ for two days and will share the screen space in the film for around 10 minutes. During the trailer, launch occasion director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Kamal Haasan said thanks to Suriya for his opportune assistance and apparently added that Suriya is doing great in the film industry.

The trailer of the film was released on May 15. In less than 24 hours, the trailer has collected more than 14 million viewers and is still trending at the number one position on the YouTube channel. The trailer and sound launch of the film was held in an excellent way in Chennai and many film celebs went to the occasion.

As per the media reports, Suriya without any hesitation immediately agreed to make a cameo role in ‘Vikram’ when he was asked. Interestingly, Suriya also gave a special appearance in the film Kamal Haasan’s ‘Manmadhan Ambu’ for a song. Suriya considers  Kamal Haasan as his mentor and never denies his request.

The film is produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International. Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi will be sharing screen space with Kamal Haasan for the first time.
