SSC GD Constable Recruitment Notification 2021: The process of application for SSC GD constable recruitment has started on the official website 25271 Posts of Constable in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Secretariat Security Force (SSF) and Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles But the vacancy has been removed. The last date of application is 31 August 2021. The last date for depositing fees online is September 2 and the last date for depositing fees through challan is September 7.

1. Vacancy details In

total 25271 vacancies, there are 22424 posts of male constable and 2847 posts of female constable. There are 7545 vacancies in BSF, 8464 in CISF, 3806 in SSB, 1431 in ITBP, 3785 in AR and 240 in SSF. There is no vacancy in CRPF and NIA.

2. Educational Qualification – At least 10th pass from recognized board.

3. Age Qualification: 
18 years to 23 years. Age will be calculated from 1st August 2021. That is, only those candidates can apply who were born not earlier than 2nd August 1998 and not later than 1st August 2003. SC, ST category will get a relaxation of five years in the upper age limit and three years for OBC.

4. Physical fitness rules

male candidates – 170 cms.
Female candidates – 157 cms.

Male Candidates – 80 cms. (inflated – 85 cm

5. Selection – First of all there will be written test (computer based). Successful candidates will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PST). Finally document verification will take place.
5 marks will be given to those who have NCC C, 3 marks for NCC B certificate and 2 marks for NCC A certificate holders.

Candidates 12 times the total vacancy will be called for PET/PST.

In the written examination, questions related to General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Knowledge and General Awareness, Elementary Maths and English/Hindi subjects will be asked. 25-25 questions will be asked from all the four sections. All the sections will be of 25 marks each. The duration of the paper will be 90 minutes. Fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Physical Efficiency Test
Male candidates will have to run 5 km in 24 minutes. Apart from this, 1.6 km will also have to be run in 6 and a half minutes.
Female candidates will have to run 800 meters in 4 minutes. Apart from this, a run of 1.6 km will also have to be done in 8 and a half minutes.

– Log in by entering your username and password. If you are a new user, click on New User to register.
Click on the tab of Constable GD. After that click on Apply given on the right side of Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021.
Apply by filling your details.
Candidates should choose their exam center wisely in the online form. There will be an option to choose three centers. Select them on the basis of preference.

Preference will be given in BSF, CISF, SSB, ITBP, Assam Rifles and SSF. Which one of these you would like to go to, you have to choose in order of preference.

8. Photo Rule
The scanned photograph of the candidate in the online application form should not be more than 3 months old. The photograph should be in JPEG format and its size should be between 20 KB to 50 KB. The photo should also contain the date on which it was taken. The width of the photograph should be 3.5 cm and the length should be 4.5 cm.

10. Application Fee 
Unreserved candidates will have to pay an examination fee of Rs.100. Women candidates and SC/ST candidates are exempted from this fee. Fee can be deposited through SBI Challan/SBI Net Banking or MasterCard, Credit Card or Debit Card.
