Son Won Five Golds For India In Swimming Madhavan Says He Is Proud

Actor Madhavan’s son Vedant is a person who has left his father’s path and is interested in sports. Vedant has already bagged many medals in swimming competitions including at the national level. News of this has come out many times. Now Madhavan is proud of his son’s new achievement. Vedant won five gold medals in swimming at the Malaysian Invitational Age Group Championships. Madhavan shared a note about the proud moment on his social media accounts. ‘With God’s blessings and all your best wishes, Vedant won five golds (50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, and 1500m) for India at the Malaysian Invitational Age Group Championships in Kuala Lumpur this weekend. I am delighted and very happy,’ Madhavan said. Later, many people came to the stage congratulating Vedant.

Earlier, Vedant achieved a record in the 48th National Junior Aquatic Championship. Finishing the 1500m freestyle in 16:01:73, Vedant broke the record of 16:06:43 set by Advaid Page in 2017. Vedant was also part of the Indian team that won silver in the relay at the Asian Age Group Championship in 2021. Vedant became a star by winning three gold medals and one silver medal in the Junior Aquatic Championship. Vedanta also won the first medal for India in an international swimming competition held in Thailand earlier.
