Helmed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, ‘Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu’ is one of the most expected movies this year. Featuring Simbu and Siddhi Idnani, the film has made a gigantic buzz since its declaration. The team has completed the shooting of the film. Presently the first song from the film ‘Kaalathukkum Nee Venum’ sung by Simbu and Rakshita Suresh is out!
‘Kaalathukkum Nee Venum’ is a soft song. The song video features the lead pair, Silambarasan and Siddhi Idnani. The music for the film is made by AR Rahman and this is the third time that Simbu, AR Rahman, and Gautham Vasudev Menon are working together. They have earlier worked together in films Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa, and Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada.
‘Kaalathukkum Nee Venum’ tune lyrics are written by Thamarai and the song is a romantic track from the film. As this is the first time when Simbu and Siddhi Idnani are sharing the screen space together, the crowds are eager to watch the chemistry between the two stars.
The film when it was first declared, purportedly was called ‘Nadhigalilae Neeradum Suriyan’, however, later the title was changed to ‘Vendhu Thanidhathu Kaadu’. The film also includes Radhika Sarathkumar, Neeraj Madhav, and Siddique in vital jobs. Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is produced by Ishari K Ganesh of Vels Film International.
Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu is said to be a complete action drama. Silambarasan, who will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the film, had shed around 15 kilos for his character.
