Silambarasan TR shares a legacy pic with his father

Famous south actor Simbu took to his Instagram yesterday and shared a legacy photo. In the common picture, we can see the actor as a kid posing with his dad T Rajendar. This specific picture was tapped on the sets of the 1984 film ‘Uravai Kaatha Kili’. Simbu made his debut in that film as a child artist. Sharing the image, Simbu inscribed it with a heart emoticon.

Simbu has shared this picture via web-based entertainment as his dad T Rajendar is going through special medical treatment in the US. Also, Simbu recently shared a photo with his mother and father and announced that his father was responding well to the treatment.

On May 23, the actor gave a press note expressing that his dad and director T Rajendar will go through treatment in the US. The assertion read, “Greetings to my beloved fans and friends from the press and media. We rushed our father to a private hospital after he complained of chest pain recently. After the medical examination, the Doctors informed us that there has been bleeding in his stomach and advised us to take him to a foreign country to provide better medical facilities. Upon their advice, we are taking him abroad for advanced medical treatment. He is doing completely fine and is in good consciousness. After undergoing the surgery successfully with good health, he will meet all of you. Heartfelt thanks for all your prayers and love.”

On the work front, Simbu is waiting for the release of the movie ‘Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu’ helmed by Gautham Vasudev Menon to release on September 15. He additionally has the film ‘Maha’ in which he played an extended cameo role with Hansika Motwani which will release on July 22. Simbu will soon start shooting for the film ‘Pathu Thala’. He has a few other projects in the pipeline that include ‘Corona Kumar’, a film with director Madonne Ashwin and a film with director Lingusamy.
