Silamabasan fans will have a treat on his birthday

After the great release of ‘Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu,’ actor Simbu is now awaiting the release of his next film, ‘Pathu Thala,’ which is due to hit theatres on March 30. The film’s first-look poster and teaser trailer have been released, predicting the audience’s interest in the picture.

The film’s production was completed in December, and it is currently in post-production. According to sources, the first song from the film will be released on Simbu’s birthday, February 3rd. Furthermore, the first song is sung by music composer AR Rahman, and the makers intend to release it to commemorate actor Simbu’s birthday.

‘Pathu Thala,’ directed by Obeli N Krishna, is a gangster drama starring Simbu, Gautham Karthik, and Priya Bhavani Shankar. The film is a remake of the Kannada film ‘Mufti,’ and it also stars Gautham Vasudev Menon, Kalaiyarasan, and Teejay Arunasalam. AR Rahman composed the soundtrack for the film.

Simbu is rumored to be portraying an underworld gangster in the film, while Gautham Karthik is playing a cop. The digital rights to the picture have already been sold to an Indian OTT platform, and the film will have its digital premiere following its theatrical distribution. Pathu Thala is backed by Jayantilal Gada and KE Gnanavelraja.
