Shahid Kapoor will play lead role in Roshan Andrews next

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor will play the main role in the next film, which is the next from well-known Malayalam director Rosshan Andrews! The well-known writing team of Bobby Sanjay will pen the script for the untitled movie. Rosshan Andrews announced it on his social media accounts.

Rosshan Andrews wrote a note on facebook, “Really happy to announce my Next film with Actor Shahid Kapoor one of the best Actors in Indian film industry as my lead character. Writers Bobby and sanjay will be writing the screenplay for me and writers Hussain Dalal will be writing dialogues. This film is going to be produced by Sidarth Roy Kapoor one of the leading producers in the Indian film industry under his banner RKF! All the post prodction works will be starting from 16th of November! Last 17 years I was trying to make different films and I was happy with trying different genres for my audience! I updated myself – upgraded myself and implemented different types of film making. I made Hits – average – and flops. But never ever stopped trying to make different films. Thanks for accepting and encouraging me! I will be back soon 🙏.”

“Udayananu Tharam,” directed by Rosshan Andrews, had Mohanlal and Sreenivasan as its leads. He received the Kerala State Film Award for best debut director and best cinematographer for the 2005 film (S Kumar). It was followed by the critically acclaimed “Notebook” and numerous other movies, including the beloved “How Old Are You?” starring Manju Warrier.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Rosshan Andrrews recently delivered ‘Saturday Nights’ starring Nivin Pauly. The film that revolving around friendship hit the cinemas earlier this month (Nov 4).
