Selvaraghavan starrer ‘Saani Kaayidham’ will not release in theaters

Director Arun Matheswaran who made his first time at the helm in December 2021 with ‘Rocky‘ is presently good to go to deliver his next film ‘Saani Kaayidham’. The film highlights the director and Dhanush’s brother Selvaraghavan and actress Keerthy Suresh in the lead role. Sources say that Saani Kaayidham will be the most violent film in Keerthy Suresh’s career. Saani Kaayidham’ is inspired by real-life incidents that took place in the 80s.
The pre-production work for ‘Saani Kaayidham’ apparently started much before the release of ‘Rocky’ and it is one of the awaited movies of 2022. The main look of the film was released last year in March and recently it was reported that the shooting for the film is completed.
As per reports, another update from the film producers has surfaced on the web and it is said that the film will be straightforwardly released on OTT and will avoid dramatic delivery. The film ‘Saani Kaayidham’ will be released in April this year and the buzz is that a well-known OTT platform has purchased the privileges for debuting the film purportedly. Yet, an official declaration from the film producers is yet to be made.
Following the release of ‘Saani Kaayidham‘, Arun Matheswaran next will be with actor Dhanush and this was officially announced in December 2021 by the entertainer on his Twitter handle.
In the meantime, Selvaraghavan will make his acting debut with ‘Saani Kaayidham’. He also acted in an important role in Vijay’s ‘Beast’ which will also be released in April 2022.
