First of all heat the ghee in a pan or pan and fry it in it. When the Makhana becomes a bit crunchy, take it off the gas. After this, while mixing fry mango powder in it. Then add rock salt to it. Now put roasted peanuts, chopped tomatoes, green chilies in this fried Makhana, and mix it well.

Now add green chutney, red chutney, chopped cucumbers, apples, and mix it well.
