Actress Samantha has been able to create a big stir in South India with her acting skills. Although she faced many problems in her personal life like divorce, and illness that followed it, the actress has not given up. While participating in the press meet as part of the promotion, Samantha was asked about Dileep’s exclusion from the film in the past. The actor’s reply was that Samantha should have been the first female lead in Crazy Gopalan, and discussions were active on social media. Samantha, who participated in the screen test, was later dropped from the film.
‘One girl cried a lot when they were dropped from that film. I said don’t worry. Maybe because it doesn’t fit with that character. Don’t worry, just do one more job. It is cinema, tomorrow there will be a time when Indian cinema itself will be left behind. It has happened. Dileep once said that the two heroines I have mentioned are the ones who stand at the top in South Indian cinema today. The director of the film, Deepu Karanakaran, revealed in an interview that one of them was Samantha.
