The first look of Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s starter, titled Kushi, was released on Monday. Shiva Nirvana has directed the film.
The movie is a story based on a romantic tale set in Kashmir. The film accompanies the slogan ‘the most complicated knot ever’. Vijay is seen with a cigarette in his mouth in the banner. He is wearing a comfortable pullover. Tied to his shirt is Samantha’s pink pattu saree, with the actress all smiles. While not a lot about their characters is known, it seems to be Vijay plays a youngster and Samantha plays a Tamilian. Sharing the first look at his virtual entertainment, the lead actress guaranteed an ‘explosion of happiness, laughter, love and family bonding’. The producers as of late likewise delivered a brief look at battle ace Peter Heins arranging an introduction scene.
Kushi will hit screens in Telugu and will be dubbed in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film is scheduled for release in theaters on December 23, exactly Christmas. Samantha too shared the poster calling it a ‘grand family experience.’ The music of Khushi is done by Hesham Abdul Wahab. Cinematography for the film is by G Murali and editing is by Pravin Pudi.
The team is presently shooting in Kashmir for the film, with both Vijay and Samantha. The lead actors also celebrated their birthday events there with the Khushi team. Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murli Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, Srikanth Iyengar, Saranya and others are hahing important roles. This is Samantha’s second film with Vijay after Mahanati.
