Saif Ali Khan’s sister Saba Ali Khan, who has avoided showbiz, is regularly seen sharing cute photos of her closed ones on Instagram. As of late, she took to her Insta handle and dropped an explanation note on Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Gehraiyaan‘. She said that she didn’t intend to affront the film when she referenced it in a remark on Neha Dhupia’s post as of late.
A few days back, Saba dropped a remark on Neha’s post connected with her newly released film. The remark read, “Thursday: On Thursday… Awesome. Fab!!! Friday: Gehraiyaan…I’m wondering if I can switch back to A Thursday.” Netizens rushed to see her remark and they answered that she is criticizing the Gehraiyaan movie.
To this, Saba in her most recent note said that her comment was just a pun and not a dig on the film. She took to her Instagram story and shared the banner of ‘Gehraiyaan’. She expressed, “I liked Gehraiyaan. I used the title A Thursday to have fun with it pun intended, vs critical appraisal to the other. A day switched. Not a take on the movie. I did not mean to become a critic!! Liked the performances and might not rave about the movie but definitely worth a watch. Those who watched Humshakals…I didn’t! I love Deepika’s work. Love Aaj Aur Kal.”
