Veteran on-screen character Rishi Kapoor has kicked the bucket at 67 following a two-year-long fight with the disease. The 67-year-old entertainer was conceded in H N Reliance medical clinic, where he inhaled his last today morning. His sibling Randhir Kapoor affirmed the news. “He is no more. Rishi Kapoor is made due by spouse Neetu Kapoor, child Ranbir, and little girl Ridhima. The on-screen character came back to India last September in the wake of experiencing treatment for a malignant growth in the US for nearly 12 months. In February, Kapoor was hospitalized twice because of his medical problems.
He was first admitted to a hospital in Delhi where he was attending a family function. At the time, Kapoor had said that he was suffering from an “infection”. He was part of hit films such as Bobby, Amar Akbar Anthony, Laila Majnu, Rafoo Chakkar, Sargam, Karz, Prem Rog, Chandni, Heena, Karz, Bol Radha Bol, Saagar and others.
