SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Recruitment has been done for 50 posts of Grade A Officer Assistant Manager (General Stream) in Small Industries Development Bank of India, SIDBI.Of the vacant posts, 22 are unreserved.8 posts are reserved for SC, 4 ST, 11 OBC, 4 EWS category.The application process has started today from 8th November on the official website sidbi.in.The last date for application has been fixed as 28 November 2023.Group discussion and interview will be held in December-January.There will be no written examination in this recruitment.Selection will be done through online psychometric test, interview and GD.
Educational Qualification
: Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks.(55% marks for SC/ST/Divyang)
or CA/CS/CWA/CFA/CMA or Law/BE- B.Tech with at least 60% marks.(55 percent marks for SC ST Divyang)
Maximum age limit – 30 years.That means the candidate must not have been born before 9 November 1993.SC and ST categories will get relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit and OBC will get three years relaxation.
Pay Scale – 44500 – 2500(4) – 54500 – 2850(7) – 74450 -EB – 2850(4) – 85850 – 3300(1) – 89150 (17 years) Approx Rs 90,000/-

Selection Process:
Screening of applications will be done by SIDBI.First of all there will be a psychometric test.This test will be done to check the candidate’s personality, problem solving skills, ability to work, willingness to work in any part of the country and suitability for the post.
Successful candidates in psychometric examination will be called for group discussion and interview.Both group discussion and interview will be of 100 marks each.Only the successful candidates in group discussion will be called for interview.Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
